This Month's Questions; Each month, Madam Lichtenstein graciously answers those burning questions you've sent her. Consulting both your astrology chart and/or her Tarot cards, she uses her years of experience, common sense and innate talents to send you along on your journey well-equipped and well-informed. Here are this month's questions!
Q. how should i tell the girl tat i really loves and care of her.
A. You have sun in taurus which is very sexy and sensual. You have venus, the planet of love in robust Aries. Venus in Aries goes after what she wants and cannot be dissuaded. I therefore suggest that you have no fears and go and show your girlfriend how much you care for her. Actions will speak louder and prouder than words! PS If you want to know about what turns her on, check out her sun sign and read about it in my book "HerScopes, A Guide to Astrology for Lesbians".
Q. my ex was born 5/9/74 around 8am. we just broke up because she is still "damaged" from her last lover who treated her badly. we are SO compatible, and she knows it but she can't get beyond the hurt of her last relationship. i broke it off because it was starting to feel one sided. i know she loves me but has to sort things out on her own. what are the odds we will get back together?
A.I checked the tarot cards and I do feel that you two will get back together, but not immediately. This is what you both want (2 of cups) but she is in suspension (The Hanged Man) and will have to make the decision to break out of her rut and go forward. There is great fertility and love in thsi relationship (The Empress) so I have no doubt that there will be a renewed collaboration (4 of wands). Please give her a bit of time.
Q. my girlfriend and i have been together for about 2 months. and i want to know if we'll be together for awhile to come. i'm going to college in the fall, only half an hour away from her. i love her, but i'm not sure i am in love with her. i'm also wondering if she loves me as much or more than i love her. her birthdate is: 3/3/83.
A. I asked the tarot cards if you two will be together a year from today and the cards had an interesting response. I see good long term prospects (10 of pentacles) but a long wearisome waiting time (9 of swords). You will be going off and experiencing life (The Fool) and will be working hard (5 of pentacles). That may not leave you time to cultivate this relationship. However, if you two keep in touch I see great long term potential. It will take two to tango though....
Q. I'm only 15 but I know I am a lesbian. I was with my ex for 6 months and everything was great (her birthday is 4/13/85). She broke up with me but said we'd most likely get back together and now she's with a 20 year old guy, who was a "friend" of mine. I want her back so I told her about something I have going with another girl and she seemed kind of upset about it but she hasn't told me if she feels the same I do about her. I just want her back, what do I do??
A. Relationships always take time and commitment. The tarot cards say that you will have many many relationships and will learn something wonderful from each of them. The cards suggest that you develop your artistic creative side - paint, study photography, learn to dance, anything that taps your muse (The Moon card). You will meet lots of new people through any creative project. And you may just forget about what's her name...
Q. Is my relationship is going to last? Right now I feel trapped between safe/comfortable places and new/exciting places?
A. I asked the tarot cards if your relationship will last and they seem to say that long term prospects are not great (8 of pentacles means bad specualtion or not worth the effort). Sorry. One of you is a tough babe - hardened by life (Queen of Swords). The other is a pushover (Queen of Cups) and is doing all the giving. But I could be wrong! If you love her, please prove me wrong!
Q. Im moving to NH for college and where I'll be there arent alot of lesbians wanted to know if I'll find someone special up there in NH?
A.Oh ho! I asked the cards if you will meet someone within two years and I see an unusual love interest - someone older, younger, from a different ethnic group or religion from you (10 of cups). And it is loooove (Ace of cups). But it is later rather than sooner (9 of swords) so be verrrrrry patient!
Q. I'm dating a Leo. How's the compatiblity? She was born on 08/05/72,
not sure what time...
A. First let's see what sign your venuses are in - venus shows how you each express your love. You have sun in taurus and venus in taurus. Your sunsign leo has venus in aries. I would say that to keep your lioness happy you should let her pursue you. Venus in aries sees what it wants and goes after it. It is a pioneering and robust energy. With her leo sunsign, she also loves compliments and an adoring audience. If you can put up with all of this, this could be a long lasting relationship. The sex should be great.....Q. Is my life ever gonna straighten out as far as my job goes? I want some stability.
A. The tarot cards indicate that you will be given a job opportunity (Ace of wands) within the next 6 months but it may not be exactly what you want (The Moon). The temperance card flew out of the deck when I mixed it indicating a delay of six months to two years in any long term job prospect. But once it comes off, it will be exactly what you want (5 of pentacles with the 3 of pentacles). Please try to be patient.
Q. How long till I find a mate?
A. Six months but you must drop that old baggage (10 of swords card) and get Out there and look. No excuses now!
Q. can you describe what is male and female energy in a woman and how you can tell if someone is predominately one or the other?
A. We are talking society's definitions here but in astrology, Mars is considered the "male" type of energy and Venus the "female". What is the difference? Mars represents action, energy and aggression and Venus love, hearth, harmony and the arts. Also, in astrology if someone has more fire or air signs, they are said to possess more masculine energy while those with more earth or water are said to have more female. But the more we get entrenched in society's definitions, the more we box ourselves into stereotypes.
